Hello, i made a list of extra talents points, if u know some that doesnt is in this list, let ur comment
1- Complete eidos quest line
2- 200 finished any dungeon
3- get 50skills in gathering, brewing and fishing
4- get 500 achievments
5- get all the 8 ornaments
6- EVERY dungeon, at least fifty times completed
7- brew at least 100 potions of every type is one talent point
8- fish at least 500 combined geltharian discus, eel and arangutan perch
9-?
10-?
11-?

there is no point for gulshan questline

I am Pretty sure that noble titanium armor quest gave me an achievement point.

I fished 500 eels and did not receive a talent point.

Maybe you need to fish at least one of each type? Try to fish one arangatuan and one geltharian, combining this with your other 500 eels should do the trick.
