Ok, here I go again talk about this topic that EVERYBODY knows about, every player hates the system and absolutely nothing is done about.

I bring here another example for the community discuss :

Today I tried to enchant my cursed epic zz ring , using 30 ores with one character, and 27 with another one. Basically enchanting 19 times. No good.

So let's again for the million time ask the Devs , the chances are 16% to go to the epic to legendary too? Why the hell the chance is the same of the normal tier , but the price is 3x ??

And let's talk about some statistics , 16% = on a sampling of 100 tries would result 16 success tries.
I tried almost 20 times, what means 1/5 of 100, which means , 16/5 success = 3 success tries.

So, if I should got at least 3 "success enchants" how can I enchanted all these ores and got NOTHING??

And we have hundreds of other examples even more absurds , players wasting 100 + ores and don't enchanting to legendary.

We need more transparency and a more fair enchanting system. Please guys, help me with your examples , we need to call the staff attention to change something, the current system SUCKS.

I've spent more than 50 ores and I couldn't get legendary, this system is unfair or buggy, this makes no one want epic items either, there should be more transparency in enchantment, or there should be a way to remove the epic enchantment

Quoting Buster Bunny:

That's is not exactly true. You are speaking of average result, meaning that if you calculate your rate of success after a really lot of tries, you have great chance to obtain a number close to 16% (it's the so called "law of large numbers").

100 is barely large enough, but it's true that you have great chance to obtain between let's say 12 and 20 success (here I didn't calculate precisely).

Another example, assuming a 16% success rate, you can miss 20 times in a row, but probability of such event is pretty low : 3% (in details : (0,84)^(20)=0.03).

I could say a lot about maths ruling such random process, and I could give several serious proposals to fix things, but as you (and me) wrote elsewhere, we players need to know what are the true rates from epic to legendary, and I won't waste my time as long as rates stay secret.
