1% skills is hard to notice. It might be even 0.9.

Give it some time, it will get balanced.

Also if you want bigger rewards it would be wise to take medium-long.

When u take medium - long it take (longer time and wasting more) so still useless to do osvald quest :)

0.9% is not useless, just hard to notice.

And Hyuga already stated he will buff Osvald.

I've got solution for exp rewards, simple as shit but might feel good. So:
what about getting whole exp we earned while killing for example 100 freaks as a reward plus bonus 10% of that, so basicly:
I pick medium/short, the task is: kill 100 freaks and get the hell back here for reward.
I'm going, slaying those freaks down, I get 30k exp, than my reward is 30k + 10% from this 30k.
Percent of bonus experience could depend on task difficulity or player's lvl. Watcha think? This way everyone could hunt easly with motivation.

Reward: Training (61) gave me 0%..........


Hard/Long/Lions( 900)
Reward: Training (61) gave me 10%............

Raging curse ( 750 )
Reward: training (72) 8% gained

Now i got 350 wargs.. i picked hard short.. is this a joke? wargs on hard? wtf..

After few days of ingore tasks i did random task for check if its changed. Lol 2% of distance was my reward Osvald is still kidding me...
